Pacific Grill is a combination of two venues. More than a food court, it features the culmination of cultures from both sides of the Pacific Ocean in a quick serve setting with a shared seating area.
Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort features many on site restaurants. The Rancheria Buffet offers world cuisine options and Lone Wolf Restaurant and Lounge features indoor and veranda seating in a casual, yet upscale environment. The Rancheria Buffet has everything you have ever wanted in a truly great buffet.
This expansive buffet features seven mouthwatering stations, including six live action cooking stations where you can watch your meal being prepared.
The Fresh Salad station includes fresh and friendly choices for salad lovers of all types.
The woks are moving all the time at the Asian Wok station preparing Asian favorites from all areas.
Enjoy traditional Mexican favorites plus the live fire Churrascaria grill with roasting meats on a vertical rotisserie at the Mexican station.
The American station carvery showcases entrees that vary daily ranging from prime rib to roasted turkey, some smoked to perfection over almond and oak, plus traditional favorites like fried chicken and mashed potatoes.
At the Italian station indulge in great seafood, a huge assortment of pastas, and pizzas baked in a brick oven.
And of course the Dessert Station offers totally decadent endings for any meal.
